Foil expriments on silk organza

L'idée de ce projet est de jouer avec l'aléatoire. Le papier foil est appliqué différemment à chaque essai. Chiffonné, gratté, superposé, léger ou fort, il est intéressant d'observer les variations de brillance et de lumière sur chaque expérience. 

L'usage d'un support translucide permet à la lumière de traverser les dépôts et d'amplifier la brillance.

 

This project supports the idea of playing with the random. ​

The foil paper is applied in many different ways. Wrinkled, napped, put in layers, thin or thick, it is interesting to observe how light and glittering change on each test. 

Using a translucent fabric allows the light to go through and enhance the glittering aspect.
